Outside of work, Lydia enjoys spending time with her husband, Miguel, and their love for outdoor adventures. They enjoy skiing, hiking, camping, and backpacking, which allows them to take advantage of the beautiful landscape that the area has to offer.
My Story
Emily is a physician’s assistant at Center of Hope. She grew up in Reno but spent her earlier years in the Philippines. Emily earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Nevada, Reno and then attended her Physician Assistant program at Touro University in Henderson, NV.
With a solid foundation in healthcare, Emily has been practicing as a physician’s assistant since 2010. She initially joined the Center of Hope team in 2010 and made valuable contributions for 5 years. In 2015, she ventured into Cancer Care Specialists, dedicating herself to assisting those fighting the battle against cancer for 3.5 years. Expanding her experience and knowledge, Emily spent the following 4 years in the field of pain management, further solidifying her reputation as a well-rounded healthcare professional.
In 2023, Emily transitioned back to COH, where she continues to make a positive impact. Beyond her professional commitments, Emily enjoys traveling with her children and has a love for all things Disney.
