A referral from a primary care physician is required for office visits with Dr. Lim and Dr. Montemorano. However, all patients are welcome to schedule an appointment with Dr. Bridgewater without a referral. Once you have received a referral, please contact our office to schedule a consultation. Appointments can be made during office hours by calling 775-327-4673.

After-Hours & Emergency Care

In case of a medical emergency, dial 911 or visit the nearest emergency room. For non-emergency concerns, an on-call physician is available 24/7 at 775-327-4673.

Prescription Renewals

Prescriptions are renewed during regular office hours. In some cases, an in-office visit may be required before a medication renewal. Please allow 48-72 hours for processing. For questions, call 775-327-4673.

Financials

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, money orders, Visa/Mastercard credit cards, and debit cards.

Insurances

Center of Hope Reno accepts most insurances. Please note that many insurance networks operate under various names and agreements. Before scheduling your appointment or procedure, the best way to verify your insurance benefits with our providers is to call your insurance company and ask if they will cover the services you require and your patient responsibility fee obligation.
